Refunds & Cancellations, Deposits

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you cancel, please cancel 24 hours before your first day of care. All payments made will be credited for up to 2 years for further bookings.

​All deposits are due the day of booking to secure your dates, you may pay the remaining amounts TWO weeks before your surgery date. Failure to pay the remaining balance two weeks prior to surgery will result in CANCELLATION.

Client Schedule 

All of our patients receive 12 hours of care on the first day of care ( Surgery Day), your 12 hours of care starts when you initially meet your medical concierge each morning. We are aware that some surgeries and appointments may run over or before our allotted time.  All services are administered during your duration of care. 

 Day one-12 hours

Day two- 10 hours

Day three- 8 hours

Day four-6 hours

Day five- 4 hours

RX Delivery and Pick up

​

Dream Beauty will drop off and pick up prescriptions, please be aware that it may take up to 4-5 hours for pharmacies to fill your prescription. Please bring Tylenol extra strength until your prescription is ready to be picked up.

Transportation

​

Transportation is provided for the duration of your care. We will accommodate all transportation to/from appointments only.  . We may accommodate Pretty Girl Curves to/from transportation ONLY.  We also provide  airport transportation.

Meals

​

Dream Beauty Recovery Concierges provides 3 light  meals a day. We provide a light breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Clients may provide their own snacks and extra meals. We offer a standard menu to accommodate all diet restrictions. Companion guest most provide their own meals and snacks.

Lymphatic Massages

​

Lymphatic Massages: ONE FREE massage is included when you book a package, you may book massages separately,   or you may book additional massages for $85 per massage for one hour.

* 3 Massages- $225

* 5 Massages- $375

* 7 Massages- $525

* 10 Massages- $750 

         - All massage packages require $75 deposit to hold dates

                                 Dream Beauty Cosmetic Booking Information

Please book at least two weeks before your surgery date. When choosing a date on the calendar, choose the first day your care will start. Please choose our 8:00am time slot for all services. We are aware  that surgery, pre-op, and post-op times may vary depending on your surgeon, we WILL accommodate your scheduled appointments. * We will confirm your actual appointment time one night prior to your first day of service. This is for ALL services and packages.

First, an invoice will be sent via email. Once your deposit ($150) has been made, your dates of care are reserved. You will then receive a patient intake form, supplies list, and contract via email. Please sign your contract and return via email 24 hours after booking. While finishing your online booking we will ask a series of questions to help us better assist you in your post operative care such as added on massages, extra days of care, etc. 

 

Lastly, you will be contacted one night prior to surgery to go over your plan of care and appointment schedule.

All final payments are due two weeks before your surgery date. Failure to complete payments two weeks before your surgery date will result in cancellation, with NO rescheduling.

Light Meal Prep- 3 meals a day * Note: you will not be provided meals on the day of surgery, as it is DR orders that you do not eat.  A light meal can be provided after surgery.

Monitoring for Post Op Complications

Post Op Care Education

Personal care: Assistance with grooming, showering, and toileting *  Note: if you book care on the day of surgery you are required to have a shower after your post op appt.

​

Transportation: to and from post op/pre-op appointments, surgery and, airport. Transporting is provided (FREE) during your reserved care dates.

​

* Dolls only, one guest may ride along to appointments, however due to COVID surgery facilities are not allowing guests inside of the facility. 

* You may book transportation only without booking a package for $175 round trip. When purchasing only roundtrip transportation, you must pay in full ($175), no deposit required.

​

List of supplies: basic medical supplies will be provided by medical concierges, to make packing easy for you. Basic medical supplies is ​provided during  the duration of your care to help our medical concierge better assist you. WE do not supply bulk supplies for clients.

​

ON CALL 24 Hour Registered Nurse ( Tele-med) 

​

IV Hydration- provided by 3rd party * an extra $275.00 will be applied to your package. This service is optional, but highly recommended.

Lymphatic Massages

​

Hotel Accommodations: Hotels rooms may be reserved, please notify us when booking that you would like to add this service. All rooms are reserved for 5-7 days. These are not shared rooms, they are PRIVATE. One guest is allowed, guest must supply their own food. All rooms will have one queen or king bed, with an additional sofa bed for guest. Unless, you are booking with a surgery sister, in which two queen beds will be reserved. There is a $100 refundable accidental fee when checking into your hotel. As all hotel rooms are booked in clients name. You will need to bring a credit or debit card to check in. Your refundable accidental fee will be refunded to your card after check out.

* NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED, you may smoke outside in a designated area.

Dream Beauty BNB: Dream Beauty provides dolls with there very own recovery BNB. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am. A $250 deposit is required to reserve your dates. Funds will go towards remaining balance. Same rules and regulations as our hotel policy is implemented into our BNB.

A minimum of 3 days, 2 nights for booking. 

A maximum of 7 days, 6 nights for booking.

One doll- $189 per night * Does not include care 

Sx Sisters (2 dolls) - $225 per night * Does not include care * You do NOT have to split $225, this is the cost for two dolls per night

One guest is allowed at no extra cost. NO KIDS ! You are here to HEAL love.

One free date change: We must have your rescheduled date available in order to reschedule. if your unable to reschedule all payments are held for two years, in which you may book another date.
